Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation & Return Policy

By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Selling Agreement presented to you during the ordering process.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and other applicable laws in force in the United Kingdom regarding the sale and delivery of purchased goods.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs related to the delivery of the product are the responsibility of the buyer.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and if applicable, together with warranty documents, user manuals, and other relevant documentation.
If the sale of the product becomes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances, the seller shall notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation, and any payments received will be refunded to the buyer within 7 days.
If the Payment for the Purchased Product Is Not Made
If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
Purchases Made Through Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card
If, after the delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs covered by the seller.
Failure to Deliver the Product Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
If the product cannot be delivered within the specified time due to force majeure circumstances beyond the control of the seller, the buyer will be informed of the situation.
In such cases, the buyer may request:

Cancellation of the order

Replacement of the product with a similar product

Postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed
If the buyer cancels the order and payment was made in cash or via bank transfer, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the bank within 14 days, and the bank may take an additional 2–3 weeks to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.
Buyer's Obligation to Inspect the Product
Before accepting delivery, the buyer should inspect the product and not accept damaged goods such as those that are dented, broken, or have damaged packaging.
If the product is accepted from the courier, it is considered that the product has been delivered in good condition and without damage.
After delivery, the buyer must keep the product in good condition. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used, and the original invoice must be returned together with the product.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the buyer or to the person/organization at the address specified by the buyer, without giving any reason and without incurring any legal liability.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller within the 14-day period using the contact details provided below.
