By confirming this agreement electronically, the BUYER agrees in advance to pay the order amount together with any applicable shipping costs, taxes, or additional charges.

3. Subject and Scope
This agreement regulates the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website www.marzella.co, and defines the rights and obligations of both parties.
All price, stock, and promotional information on the website remains valid until updated.
Time-limited promotions remain valid only for the duration stated on the website.

6. Payment and Invoice
An order is created once the payment is successfully completed.
The invoice will be issued as an electronic invoice (e-invoice) and delivered via email or customer account portal, or included in the shipment.
7. Delivery
Products will normally be dispatched within 1–2 business days, depending on stock or production status.
At the time of delivery, the BUYER should inspect the package.
If there is any damage or missing items, the courier should be notified immediately and the SELLER must be informed on the same day.
8. Seller’s Obligations
The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product:

10. Right of Withdrawal
For goods purchased online, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

For bundle products, partial returns may result in recalculation of the discounted bundle price.
12. Defective Goods and Warranty
If a defect appears within 6 months of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

13. Security and Fraud Prevention

If the BUYER has given consent for commercial communications (email, SMS, phone), they may withdraw this consent at any time free of charge.
14. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the parties will attempt to resolve the issue amicably.

15. Entry into Force
